Messiah Food Pantry
Messiah Lutheran Church
Volunteers are the backbone of our “Food Ministry to Our Community.” We are receiving more and more requests from families experiencing food insecurity. Would you be interested in working side-by-side with fellow church members and community helpers? Being God’s Hands and socializing with fellow Christians (that’s a REAL one-two punch). We are always in need of regular and substitute volunteers to:
- Welcome clients
- Pack groceries
- Unload the Foodlink truck
- Stock shelves
- Pick up donations/purchases from retailers
- Deliver food to cars.
Some jobs are flexible and can be done on your own free time. Others are centered around our twice a month Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons. Every Friday morning, we receive pallets of food from Foodlink.
Contact Reggie Renz at 319-6058 or Larry Dennis at 260-5553 if you are interested.

Trunk or Treat
Melissa Johnson, Youth Education Leader, Greece United Methodist Church
The Greece United Methodist Church youth education team want to hold a Trunk or Treat event on October 26th. We would like to make it an ecumenical event if possible. If anyone is interested in helping in any way, please feel free to reach out at Mysticangel_982001@yahoo.com or 585-259-2513.
